I’m sure you are getting very excited for your quickly approaching trip!

Arrival Details:

For those of you who are driving, this is just a reminder to arrive at Adventures in Missions 6000 Wellspring Trail, Gainesville, GA 30506 between 4 and 5:30 pm EST.

The rest of you, we will be meeting you at the Atlanta airport. After your flight lands, go pick up your baggage, and then ask for directions to the Atrium. We will sit outside Atlanta Bread Company in the Atrium. Please note, there is more than one ABC in the airport...be sure you go to the Atrium. If you see a giant dinosaur skeleton, you're in the right place. We will be wearing green, Ambassador shirts.

Reminder to parents: If you are planning to attend the Parent’s Reception, we are not able to provide transportation for you to or from AIM in Gainesville, GA.

Training camp will take place from June 22nd until June 25th. The Flight Itinerary for this trip is as follows:

Delta 369

Atlanta- June 25- 5:45 PM

Managua- June 25- 7:40 PM

Delta 370

Managua- July 20- 7:45 AM

Atlanta- July 20- 1:29 PM

If there is an emergency at home during the trip, our EMERGENCY CONTACT is: 678-897-4700. Please do not test it out; it does work and is only for real emergencies.

If for any reason there is an emergency on the field, you will be contacted by our field support representatives in our office. 

Departure/ Pick-up Location:

After your amazing trip, you will be debriefing and spending the night in Atlanta, GA. The next morning, our staff will be bringing you to the airport for your flights leaving between 10am-2pm EST. If you are being picked-up, your parent can get you from the Atlanta airport between 10am-2pm EST.
